Beginning with performances of HOME, all reservations will require pre-payment. If you prefer to avoid online payments, please leave a message at 505-247-8600. A Vortex representative will return your call to ask for your credit card information and reservation details.

Is the performance you want SOLD OUT ? Unpaid and unclaimed reservations are released for walk-up sales 15 minutes prior to curtain. If you want to see a show listed as Sold Out, we recommend that you come to the theatre and place your name on our wait list. We'll do our best to accommodate you!

Reservations are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another performance of the same production. Changes must be requested 25 hrs before curtain time of the ticketed performance, and reservations must otherwise be available for the desired showing. Read the exchange policy.
